Gift Card

* Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country in which they were purchased. Redemption is only possible if the delivery address of the artwork is located in the same country where the gift card was bought.
* The gift card can only be redeemed for online purchases of original paintings on www.tomitomistudio.com, but not for the purchase of additional gift cards.
* Only one gift card can be used per order.

* No shipping or additional fees apply to the purchase of gift cards.
* If the purchase amount exceeds the balance of the gift card, the difference must be paid using a payment method available during checkout.

* Purchased gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
* If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued exclusively in the form of a new gift card.

* A gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
* Gift cards automatically expire once the balance has been fully used.
* Tomi Tomi Studio is not obligated to notify you of the expiration date. It is the gift card holder’s responsibility to ensure the balance is used in time.

* Each gift card contains a unique gift card number, which is sent via email.
* Tomi Tomi Studio is not liable for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser (e.g., incorrect email address).
* You are responsible for the safe storage of your gift card. In cases of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, Tomi Tomi Studio cannot replace or refund any remaining balance.
* Tomi Tomi Studio is not responsible for any loss caused by theft, fraud, or unauthorized use, particularly if the gift card number has been disclosed to third parties.

* Upon request, Tomi Tomi Studio will provide the purchaser with information about the status of the gift card at any time, including the remaining balance and expiration date.
